Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. When she was 16, she began taking part in fitness competitions, following the end of gymnastics. In 2017, she was just 17 when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. When she was 16, she began participating in fitness contests following her decision to quit gymnastics. She was awarded her Professional Card only one year later when she was 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is now the oldest IFBB Pro. After she earned her Pro Card, Ariel took six years off the stage to finish her education at college. Then she came back in the year 2015 and picked up her previous place of participating in some of the most prestigious contests like the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She participated for a couple of years after her first appearance and set herself new goals every year. By 2009, she'd been awarded four fitness awards. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion, which made her oldest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in history. After earning her Pro Card Ariel took a six-year break from competitive sports to finish her college degree. The debut of the IFBB Fitness Pro occurred at the Phoenix Europa Games, in 2015 October. She finished 3rd at the show. Summer of 2016, she was the winner of her place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. As a result, she was able to participate in Fitness Olympia. After three months she was on the Olympia stage to take home the 6th position in the Fitness Division. Ariel admitted that she did not have any expectation prior to that and was satisfied with the results. This is not a surprise since she was able to place so high, given the level of competition. Ariel's physique continues to improve every year. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. Ariel's usual back exercises consist of single-arm pulldowns using lats, and pull-ups that are performed using a machine, along with bent-over rows. She warms-up first before moving into exercises. Ariel also Ariel prefers to utilize her time in the most efficient way is possible. She does this by super setting all of her back exercises, and doing up to four or three supersets of 10-12 repetitions. The routine she follows is sort of exercise twice a week one day being lighter weight and another heavier weight day.
